- 1 oignon
- 2 gousses d’ail
- 4 brins de persil

- 1 cuillère à soupe rase de gingembre
- 30 g beurre
- 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
- 50 g parmesan ou gruyère
- Sel, poivre

- Placer la viande hachée (ou les haricots rouges) dans un plat à gratin puis recouvrir avec la purée de légumes.
Ajouter le gruyère ou quelques noisettes de beurre. Faire gratiner au four à 180°C pendant 20-25mn.
